My clay heart was a gift from an Angel, Lavonne. She is an amazing woman who has inspired all during her Breast Cancer Journey! As a Breast Navigator, it was my privilege and honor to walking beside Lavonne and her sweet husband Matt during this journey. Lavonne and others arranged a surprise party in my honor! The room was filled with Breast Cancer Survivors and wonderful physicians. It was a humbling, amazing evening, that I was undeserving of. The heart was accompanied by a beautiful card from Lavonne expressing I had been her Angel during a difficult time. I am excited to see who God places in my life to pass the heart on to next!
