I was diagnosed with breast cancer on 2/9/18. I had a double mastectomy, chemotherapy, radiation and am finishing up immunotherapy. I have reconstructive surgery 4/9/19. The cross was given to me by a friend I used to work with. It has sat on my desk every day for the last 6-8 months. Another friend of mine has been diagnosed with breast cancer and she has surgery on 3/13/19. I’m passing the cross to her in hopes it gives her comfort and peace as it has done for me.
