I received the cross from Kim Brett at the Children’s Dream Fund (an organization that gives dreams to children with life threatening illnesses). She organized and put together a Dream vacation for my 6 year old daughter, Ella. Ella was diagnosed with Wilm’s Tumor, a cancerous kidney tumor, in Aug 2010. Ella underwent major surgery to remove her kidney and tumor, 9 months of chemo therapy and radiation. She is now cancer free. Ella’s dream was to go on the Disney Dream Cruise. We have just returned from our trip. We have been very blessed and are grateful for God’s mercy and love through His people during this difficult time of our lives.
