I received this cross as a gift from Elizabeth. She spoke about her ministry at the high school my children attend. I have been blessed to experience the strength of other women in my life. They were a blessing and supported me in recent tough times and layers of significant loss. I am passing on this cross to a woman who has been a significant part of my life since 7th grade. She is my best friend and has been at my side through the recent challenges life has brought me. She has her own crosses to bear and this cross is a gift to her as a symbol of my thanks and of my fierce devotion to her.
