I purchased this cross in Roswell, Georgia at St. Andrews Church Bar-B-Q cook-off in June 2012. I had just gone through a divorce and my daughter just moved to Atlanta from Birmingham, Alabama, so we were both embarking on a new place in life. We needed prayer and encouragement. The cross is pretty and I liked it to inspire and cheer me up, but when I heard the story behind making the crosses it really touched me. It is special to know there are many women around the world praying for each other. I have kept it and enjoyed it for almost two months, but now I am ready to pass it on to a dear friend.
