I received my cross at an Emmaus retreat that was sponsored by my church. For me, it signifies the beginning of my life with Christ and the end of a life of despair and depression with Satan. Although it’s challenging at times to carry, it’s both a privilege and honor to do so for the glorification of God. Being a Christian isn’t hard, what’s hard is living a life filled with guilt and condemnation under the strongholds of Satan. I can now see clearly that God is working in every aspect my life, and I’m excited about what the future holds for me in His kingdom. For He delivered me from the powers of darkness that I thought no one could ever deliver me from, but GOD did, and I believe that he will finish what he started in me. As for me, I will not rest until I hear those words “Job well done faithful and loyal servant”.
Let us give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good and his mercy endures forever.
May God bless you coming and going.
