I occasionally (and literally) cross paths with Elizabeth. Most recently, last week in a downtown park, where I introduced her to my nephew and his wife, who are traveling the country in a van, volunteering and filming non-profits as part of their Blue Van Project web series. Long story short, Elizabeth invited them to her studio this past week for pot luck and cross-making, and to learn more about APC. They returned with a few beautiful crosses (including one for me), and a hearty appreciation of APC’s mission, so now I’m in the fold!
