I received my journey cross from a dear friend, Cathy, I met in treatments. As I began my journey with breast cancer, God has shown me Great and Mighty things along the way. HE has paved a pathway for me and my family in a very difficult situation. God placed me in the hands of the best team of Doctor’s that anyone could have asked for. HE led and guided each of their hands during my surgery and treatment plan. HE has revealed to me the letters that spell cancer mean something totally different than the word. C- Courage to tell a story HE has given me to tell. A- Answers only HE can give. Even when the most accurate test shows it’s very small, but the pathology report comes back much worse. N- Never alone with Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. HE will hold your hand every step of the way! C-This began with Comfort as HE has done so many times with me, and turned to Count your many blessings. Many times they are in front of our face and we can’t see them. E-Everything is taken care of. After my surgery on Feb. 6, 2014, the surgeon came out and told my husband, She hardly even bled; she did so well we went ahead and did the next procedure. He told us he would see us the next day after lunch, maybe around 12:30. He came in at 9:30 with a big grin on his face. He said, “You have hardly even swollen! Are you ready to go home? YES! R-REJOICE! REJOICE! REJOICE! IN THE LORD! HE gives us a Peace and Understanding like no one or nothing else can. As I have passed the journey cross to a dear friend. I pray she too will feel the joy I have felt by answered prayers, and the Lord’s Mighty Power and HIS presence. Let HIm be your navigator in any storm and HE will show you Great and Mighty things along the way. HE can bring something positive out of any situation that seems so negative; if you allow HIM to.
