Cross #14.4

Dallas, TX

My mom gave this to me to help me on my journey into my own life.  I still don’t really understand the meaning, but my cross had been broken before it was painted.  2 years ago, I was diagnosed with epilepsy, and between the grand mal seizures and the medication, I was unable to finish my college classes and have been struggling to get my mind back again.  I lost all my scholarships, and my freedom to move around town – my license was revoked until the seizures can be controlled.  I’m only 23 and determined to get my life back.  I suppose this broken cross is supposed to mean that even though we are broken, we all have value.  Thanks mom.
