I bought my cross today at the Marist Craft Show in Atlanta, GA. My daughter actually pointed this cross out to me because it was two of my favorite things in one — a cross and a happy face. I am a school nurse and I pray every day that I will show the love and joy of Jesus to the children for whom I care. My job is one that requires healing–not just of the body, but of the spirit. I pray that the children will see this cross in my clinic as a symbol of God’s love and joy.
