Through the kindness of a stranger. My daughters work friends mother, who is going through her own health issues, heard I was Dix with thyroid cancer. A very treatable and cure able cancer. My initially surgery did not go as expected and I am scheduled for a second surgery next week. There have been many examples of kindness and blessings that have touched me through this health issue. Her gift means a great deal to me. Our oldest daughter died in a car accident 12 years ago and experienced the love and kindness of others. I am once again humbled by others care and concern.
