I was given the cross by David who was visiting Ukraine after meeting the mother of my translator at a conference in Poland.
We teach in a hospital in Kiev for children whose parents were exposed to radiation from Chernobyl. We go 6 times a week and every child gets a bible and at least 10 lessons during their stay. We are able to teach many different stories and gospel presentations so the number of lessons is critical to our approach. We have more than 1000 kids each year and gave more than 200 bibles this last month alone. I couldn’t ask for a more effective ministry.
