I have been a Girl Scout Leader for 20 years. It is a ministry to me, for it provides the opportunity to help girls grow up to be young women of faith who “serve God and country and help people at all times”. We say this pledge at every meeting. Today we visited Elizabeth’s studio and she shared her story about how Answered Prayers Cross came to be, and how it has touched so many people. The girls had an amazing time creating crosses for others. They were so pleased to be able to choose a cross of their own. I am grateful for her example to my girls. She has shown them that one person can make a difference in the lives of others. Elizabeth has used her art to share a beautiful message. We are grateful and promise to pass it on!
