Cross #: 17.348
Suzie
Marlton, NJ
I was visiting my friend Linda who asked me to join her at APP to volunteer – playing with clay to make crosses and hearts and painting the almost finished project. Elizabeth invited me to choose a cross that rainy afternoon in February. I chose a cross with the inscription, “His mercy reigns”. It was easy to know who should have the cross next – my sister, Nancy, who has had many challenges in life, most recently with her health and a relationship that was disappointing. She is now a cancer survivor and so am I. We are both healthy and thankful for God’s mercy.
